About Us

Welcome to the home of the Warriors! We are a comprehensive 9-12 high school in Southwest Washington, located on the I-5 corridor just 20 minutes south of Olympia and 10 minutes north of Centralia. Our school community consists of approximately 650 students and 55 staff members. We share a rich tradition of academics, activities and athletics and our alumni can be found across the globe. Whatever a student wants to become, RHS is a great launching pad for future success.
Rochester High School’s educational program includes all major subjects and a variety of specialized subjects as well. There are many courses at RHS where college credit can be awarded, including Advanced Placement and several dual-credit courses in partnership with Eastern Washington University. We have several Career and Technical programs where students can learn skills that may pertain to their post-secondary plans, including horticulture, video production and welding. In addition, we are excited to offer STEM courses in engineering, robotics, computer programming and alternative energy. We are proud that RHS has been named both a Washington State School of Distinction and a U.S. News & World Report bronze medal school in each of the last two years.
